Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my order after I had placed it?
Your order will be processed within 1-4 business days after payment is completed. It is expected to arrive in around 10-14 working days excluding Saturdays and Sundays by Hong Kong Post registered airmail. Please note that sometimes delay may occur and you order will arrive in 3-6 weeks.
Shipping to Canada will take around 25 working days and longer to arrive. Tracking is not available to registered airmail to Canada.
When the order has arrive in your country, the postman will come to your house or apartment to deliver it to you and if you are not at home at that time he will left you a note. With the note, you can re-schedule another delivery to a time suitable to you. Or you can collect it from your local post office or sorting office.
Can I track for my order?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking number. You may track your order on Etsy or Hong Kong Post website: http://www.hongkongpost.hk/en/home/index.html
For orders to US. You can track it from USPS website too:

For orders going to Canada, tracking is unavailable once it leaves Hong Kong.
What will happen if my order gets lost?
Please convo me if your order does not arrive in the expected delivery time.
I will process a lost claim with Hong Kong Post. This process takes up to 2 months. I will issue refund to you via PayPal when your case is approved by Hong Kong Post. Or I will send you a replacement order.
What will happen if my order is undelivered?
Your order will be returned to me if it is undelivered. I will issue refund of your purchase only via PayPal. No shipping will be refunded.
Can I change the address of my order?
Yes but only when I have not send out your order yet. Your shipping address cannot be changed after your order is shipped. You can convo me when you want to change your address.
You had sent me defective/wrong product(s) or something is missing from my order.
I will reship the item(s) in your order if it is damaged during shipment, defective or wrong item(s) is sent to you.
Please convo me within 1 week after you receive the parcel with the image(s) of the item(s).
